At The Modern Halo, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans can change.

To accommodate our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Clients may cancel their appointment at The Modern Halo without incurring any charges if notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee for all appointments cancelled. If a client is to reschedule an appointment within that 24 hours, a $25 rescheduling fee will be charged. In the event of a no-show, where the client fails to attend without prior notice, the full appointment cost will be charged. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which helps us manage our schedule effectively and maintain high service standards.
