At The Modern Halo, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans can change.

To accommodate our valued clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Clients may cancel their appointment without incurring any charges if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged to the client.

No-Shows
In cases of a no-show, where the client does not arrive for the appointment and does not provide prior notice, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.
