We looked at the beauty industry and saw a gap. On one side, there were salons: loud, busy, and focused purely on aesthetics. On the other side, there were medical spas: clinical, cold, and focused on “fixing” flaws.
We asked ourselves: Where do you go when you just want to be taken care of?
